Mae tried on her snow bibs and had some fun sliding down the stairs she liked wearing them so much that she even wore them for nap time. I wouldn't try this at home if you are not a kid!

Switching Pajamas is Fun!

One night about 1 month ago, while getting ready for bed, we decided to switch Mae and Noah's pajamas. Of course, Mae liked it, but Noah had even more fun. He was so cute. I guess when you have an older sister, you just like things like that. Well, he also likes to sing and dance and hug dolls. But don't worry he also likes to play with cars, get dirty and hold slimy fish. Mae also had fun jumping off her chair. I got some pretty good action shots!

Chad and Julie's Wedding
(lt to rt) Ty, Shaeya, Ariya, Mae, Tessalei, Tekoa
(unfortunately I didn't get a picture of the groom, he did look good...not as good as the bride, but can they even come close, I don't think so.
More fish pictures

So you might be getting tired of seeing fish pictures, but i just can't resist these. I just love the picture of Mae with her cousins. Tess is the little one one the far left and she just looks so cute and everyone couldn't believe that she would hold the fish. Her sister Ariya (right next to Mae) had to hold her fish on a paper towel b/c she doesn't like to hold them. (sorry these pics are so small not sure what to do)

Zoo Day
We went to the Peoria Zoo today. My friend Shelley and her son, Levi, went with us. Thanks Shelley for letting us be your guest today. I'm glad i didn't have to pay the $6 for admission. For those of you who have been to the zoo you know how small it is and that their are not a lot of animals. Usually the monkeys are the coolest thing, but the monkeys were gone b/c they were repairing the bars to their cages. Mae really wanted to see the monkeys. Mae also wanted to feed the goats at the petting zoo. But they had taken down the food machines, she even brought her own money to buy some food. Luckily she adapted well to the circumstances. We did get to see 2 tigers, 2 zebras, 2 sea lions, 1 camel, a couple of tourtoises and black swans, and a peacock that made Noah cry when it gawked. Even though their was a shortage of animals at the zoo, we still had a nice day.
noah on the swing
noah loves to swing and Mae too. We did some swinging after the zoo. They had lots of fun. hopefully the swinging doesn't make anyone sick.
noah at the zoo
noah loved the animals, as you can see. he got very excited with these little furry guys.

Mae and Daddy with Catfish
New to the BLOG World!
So we finally joined the blog bandwagon. I hope you enjoy the pictures and stories of our life.
You will be seeing fishing pictures and stories every now and then, because that is what we do. Sorry for those of you who think fish are gross, I did too before I married Nate. Oh wait, I still think they are gross. Well what do you do when your husband is a fisherman at work and play? You live, breathe, and hear about fish.
